PDF Enhancer — Make Scanned PDFs Clearer
محسّن PDF — اجعل الملفات الممسوحة أوضح
Enhance a PDF online in your browser: every page is upscaled 2× or 4×, sharpened and adjusted for brightness and contrast, then put back in the same order at the same page size. Compare each page before and after. Nothing is uploaded.

Scans and photographed pages work best · up to 100 MB
Runs in your browser — nothing is uploaded.
Upscaling draws the image larger with high-quality smoothing, then sharpens it. Small or soft images become clearer; detail the original never captured cannot be invented.
How the PDF enhancer works
- Each page is drawn, then improved. Pages are rendered at 100 DPI and upscaled to 200 DPI (2×) or 400 DPI (4×), sharpened, and adjusted — enough to rescue a faint or soft scan.
- Nothing is reordered or resized. The enhanced PDF has the same number of pages, in the same order, at the same page size as the original.
- Pages become images. That is what makes the enhancement possible, and it means text that was selectable in the original is part of the picture afterwards. If your PDF has selectable text, you are told before anything runs.
- Your document stays on your device. Pages are processed in the browser tab — no upload, no server copy.
Want to edit a scanned PDF's text instead? The PDF editor can read a scan with OCR. For a single photo, use the Image Enhancer; to make a PDF smaller, the File Compressor.
