Social Publisher

Write once and publish to every social media account you have connected.

Post to multiple social media accounts from one place. Write the caption once, add an image or video, pick the accounts you want it on, and publish everywhere in a single click. Each destination reports its own result, so one platform failing never undoes the ones that worked — and you can retry just that one. Connections use each platform’s official authorization: BuzPulse never asks for a social media password. Platforms still waiting on developer approval, and anywhere BuzPulse cannot post for you, can be added as a manual destination so your posting history stays complete in one place.

What Social Publisher gives you

Everything below is included — no add-ons, no per-app checkout.

  • One caption, one image, one button — publish to every connected account
  • Per-platform status: retry only the one that failed, never the ones that worked
  • Official platform authorization only — no passwords, ever stored or asked for
  • Manual destinations for anywhere BuzPulse cannot post for you
  • Warns before publishing when a platform will not accept your post
  • Full history with the result for every platform, post by post

About Social Publisher

What it does, how to use it, and where it stops.

Write a post once, choose which connected accounts should get it, and send it. The point is to remove the copy-and-paste round trip between four apps, and to keep one record of what went out and where.

Writing the post

Caption, hashtags and a link are separate fields, then combined into the text each platform receives. Attach an image or a video where the platform accepts one.

Each network has different rules, and they are checked before anything is sent — a caption too long for one platform, a file type another will not take, or a link that will not be clickable. You are told which target has the problem and why, rather than discovering it from a failure afterwards.

Publishing to several accounts

Each destination is published to independently and its outcome recorded on its own. If four succeed and one fails, the four are genuinely published and only the fifth needs attention — there is no all-or-nothing batch.

Posts are sent immediately when you publish. There is no scheduling or queue in this tool: if you want a post to go out on Tuesday morning, you publish it on Tuesday morning.

Failures and retrying

A failed destination can be retried on its own, and one that already published is refused rather than repeated — the safeguard that stops a retry becoming a duplicate post.

Where a platform accepts a video and finishes processing afterwards, the target shows as processing and resolves once the platform is done, rather than claiming success prematurely.

Manual destinations

Not everywhere can be published to by an API — a WhatsApp channel, a client’s own website, or a network still awaiting review. A manual destination keeps the caption and media together, hands them to you, and records that you posted it.

It means your history stays complete rather than covering only the platforms that happen to have an integration.

Where people use it

Small businesses

One announcement to every account you keep, without opening each app and re-pasting the text.

Product announcements

Same message everywhere, with the per-platform check catching anything a network will not accept before you send it.

Marketing teams

A single history of what went out, when, and to which account — useful when several people post.

Keeping a record

Manual destinations mean channels without an API still appear in the same history as the rest.

Tips

  • Write for the strictest platform you are posting to. Trimming a caption once beats maintaining several versions.
  • Check the warnings before publishing. A link that will not be clickable somewhere is worth knowing in advance.
  • Publish at a consistent time you can actually keep. Since posts go out when you send them, consistency is a habit rather than a setting.

What it will not do

  • There is no scheduling. Posts publish at the moment you send them.
  • Which networks can be connected depends on what each platform has approved for this application; some require review before they will publish.
  • It publishes to accounts you connect and manage. It does not post to a personal Facebook profile, which no third-party tool is permitted to do.

How it works

The things worth knowing before you sign up.

How do I post to multiple social media accounts at once?

Write the caption once, add an image or video if you want one, tick the accounts you want it on, and press Publish everywhere. Each account is published to separately and reports its own result, so you can see exactly what went where.

Which platforms can BuzPulse publish to?

Adapters are built for Facebook Pages, Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, X, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest. Which of them are switched on depends on where BuzPulse currently holds platform approval — every social network requires a developer review before an app may post on your behalf, and the Accounts screen tells you the live position for each one. Anywhere that is not yet available can be added as a manual destination.

Do I have to give BuzPulse my social media password?

No, and it will never ask. Connections use each platform’s own authorization screen, where you sign in with the platform itself and grant permission. BuzPulse only ever receives a revocable authorization, never a password, and that authorization is encrypted and readable only by the server — not by you, and not by BuzPulse administrators.

What happens if one platform fails?

Only that one fails. Publishing is done per account and recorded per account, so if Facebook and LinkedIn succeed and one other does not, the two that worked stay published. You retry just the one that failed — it never republishes the successful ones, so you cannot end up with duplicates.

What is a manual destination?

Somewhere BuzPulse hands you the finished post instead of publishing it — useful for a platform still awaiting approval, or anywhere with no publishing API at all, like a WhatsApp channel or a client’s own website. It keeps the caption and media with the rest of the post and records that you posted it, so your history stays complete in one place.

Will it warn me if a post will not work somewhere?

Yes, before you publish rather than after. If your text is longer than X allows, or you selected Instagram without an image, it says so while you can still fix it. Nothing is silently shortened, cropped or removed — you decide what changes.

Can I schedule posts for later?

Not yet. This version publishes immediately. Scheduling is planned and the system was built with it in mind, but it is not available today and the app does not pretend otherwise.

Can I schedule posts for later?

No. Posts publish at the moment you send them — there is no scheduler or queue in this tool. If a post should go out on Tuesday morning, publish it then.

What happens if one platform fails?

Only that one. Each destination publishes and records its result independently, so the others still go out, and you can retry the failed one on its own.

Will retrying post twice?

No. A destination that already published is refused rather than repeated, which is the safeguard against duplicates.

Can I post to my personal Facebook profile?

No. Meta does not permit third-party publishing to personal profiles — no tool can do it. Publishing works with Pages and professional accounts you manage.
