Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of BuzPulse. By creating a workspace, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who you are contracting with

BuzPulse is provided by Naeem Ahmed, operating as an individual rather than as a registered company, based in Pakistan. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean that person, and “you” means the person or business using the service.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 and able to enter into a contract.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done by the people you invite into your workspace.
• Each team member must use their own login. Do not share accounts.
• Tell us promptly if you think someone has gained access to your workspace.

Plans

• Free — free permanently. The full product for up to 5 members, with a fair-use limit of 20 actions per day per app, and advertising.
• Unlimited — $79 per month. Unlimited members, no daily usage limit, no advertising.
• Lifetime — $399 once. The same as Unlimited, bought outright, with nothing to renew.

We may change plan prices, limits and features. Existing paid access already granted is not changed retroactively by a price change.

How payment works

BuzPulse is not paid for by card inside the app. Paid access follows one route, and it is deliberate:

• You choose a plan and contact us.
• You pay by bank transfer.
• You upload the payment slip from the Billing page. Uploading it does not grant access and does not charge you anything.
• We check the payment against the slip. If it is in order, we approve it and your access starts at that moment.
• If we cannot verify it, we reject it and tell you why. No access is granted.

Monthly access ends on a date — it does not renew

This is the term most likely to surprise you, so it is stated plainly. Unlimited access runs from the date it is approved to a stated end date, and then stops. Nothing renews automatically, nothing is charged to you again, and there is no subscription to cancel — because there is no standing payment method on file. To continue past the end date, pay for the next period and upload the slip again, the same way as the first time.

Both dates are shown on your Billing page. When the end date passes, paid features stop working and the workspace returns to the Free plan and its limits. Your data is not deleted.

Lifetime has no end date. It stays active until you ask us to stop it or we withdraw it under these terms.

Refunds

Refunds are considered case by case and are granted at our sole discretion. Because payment is by bank transfer and access is only switched on after we have checked the payment, you always know what you are paying for before access begins. We are not obliged to refund a period that has already been provided, and we do not automatically refund part of a month. Acceptable use

• Do not use BuzPulse for anything unlawful, or to harass or harm anyone.
• Do not try to reach another company's workspace or data.
• Do not try to get around seat limits, usage limits or plan entitlements.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, and do not use automated means to extract data at scale.
• Do not resell or rent access to the service without our written agreement.

We may suspend or close a workspace that breaches these rules, or that puts the service or other customers at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first.

Your data, and your own backups

You own the content your team puts into BuzPulse. We process it to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. We take reasonable care and we keep backups, but backups are for recovering the service, not a guarantee for your records. Export tools are provided so you can hold your own copy, and you should use them.

The service is provided as-is

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuzPulse is provided as-is and as-available, with no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every attack, or that it will meet your requirements. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time.

Anything the product calculates — totals, VAT, reports, AI-generated insights — is a tool to help you, not professional advice. Check it before you rely on it, and before you send it to a customer or a tax authority.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any loss of or damage to data, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, however it arises and whether or not we were warned it might happen.
• We are not liable for anything caused by matters outside our reasonable control, including failures of hosting, network, payment or other third-party providers, or acts of any third party.
• Our total liability to you for all claims taken together, arising from or connected to the service, is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim — or USD 100 if you have paid us nothing.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. If a court finds any part of this section unenforceable, that part is to be reduced to the minimum extent necessary and the rest of this section continues to apply.

You cover claims caused by your use

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your use of BuzPulse, from content you or your team put into it, or from your breach of these terms or of any law.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using BuzPulse and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service — and if we discontinue it, we will give reasonable notice and a chance to export your data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and where a change materially affects paid customers we will give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without regard to conflict of law rules.

General

• If any provision is found invalid, the rest of these terms continue in force and the invalid provision is reduced to the minimum change needed to make it valid.
• Our not enforcing a term on one occasion does not mean we give up the right to enforce it later.
• These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the service.
• You may not transfer these terms to someone else without our written agreement.
