Team Pulse
Run your whole organisation: check-ins, goals, people, customers and reporting.
The organisation app. Daily check-ins and the live pulse board tell you who is on track and who is blocked; goals, the team directory and leave keep the people side straight; customers, contacts, products, activities and follow-ups keep the commercial side straight; reports and AI Insights turn all of it into something you can act on. One app, one login, one shared picture of the company.

About Team Pulse
What it does, how to use it, and where it stops.
Team Pulse answers the question a manager asks every morning: who is on track, and who is stuck? It replaces the status meeting that exists only because nobody knows, and the chasing messages that follow it.
Daily check-ins
Each person records what they are working on and anything blocking them. It takes a minute, and it is written down rather than said aloud, which means it can be read later by someone who was not in the room.
The value is not the individual entry — it is that a blocker becomes visible on the day it appears, instead of at the end of the week when it has already cost four days.
Goals and progress
Goals are recorded with their progress, so "how is that going?" has an answer that does not depend on who you ask or how optimistic they feel.
Progress that stops moving is more informative than progress that is behind. A goal untouched for three weeks is usually blocked, deprioritised or forgotten, and all three are worth knowing.
Customers and follow-ups
Customers, contacts, activities and follow-ups sit in the same workspace, so a commitment made in a check-in and the customer it relates to are not in two different systems.
Follow-ups are the part that most often falls through. Having them beside the daily rhythm is what turns "I said I would call them back" into something that actually happens.
What managers see
A board showing who has checked in, who is on track and who is blocked, plus reporting across the team. The point is to reduce the number of questions a manager has to ask, not to add a surveillance layer.
Used well, it makes the weekly meeting shorter because everyone arrives already knowing the state of things.
Where people use it
Distributed teams
Written check-ins work across time zones, where a stand-up call does not.
Sales management
See activity and follow-ups per person, and spot the accounts nobody has touched this week.
Goal tracking
Review progress on a fixed day each week. The date matters more than the format.
Managers with too many reports
Read the board before asking. Most questions answer themselves.
Tips
- • Keep check-ins short. A minute daily is sustainable; a paragraph is abandoned within a fortnight.
- • Respond to blockers quickly at the start. Nobody reports a blocker twice if the first one was ignored.
- • Review goals on a schedule rather than when you remember. Regularity is what makes the trend readable.
What it will not do
- • It records what people report — it does not monitor their screens or measure activity automatically.
- • It cannot fix an unclear goal. A goal nobody can measure stays unmeasurable once written down.
How it works
The things worth knowing before you sign up.
What is a daily check-in?
A short daily note from each person: what they did, what is next, and anything blocking them. It takes under a minute to write and gives you a live board showing who is on track and who is stuck — without a status meeting.
How many people can I add for free?
Up to five members on the free plan. The Unlimited plan removes the seat limit entirely.
Does it handle goals and leave as well?
Yes. Goals, a team directory and leave sit alongside the check-ins, and the commercial side — customers, contacts, products, activities and follow-ups — is in the same workspace, so you are not stitching four tools together.
What do the AI Insights actually see?
A summary of your own check-in and activity data, and only when someone asks for an insight. It reports on what your team has recorded; it is not given access to anything outside your workspace.
What is a check-in?
A short daily note on what someone is working on and what is blocking them. Written rather than spoken, so it can be read later by whoever needs it.
Why are regular check-ins useful?
They surface a blocker on the day it appears rather than at the end of the week, after it has already cost several days.
How do managers see team activity?
A board shows who has checked in, who is on track and who is blocked, with reporting across the team — so most questions are answered before they are asked.
Does it monitor what people are doing?
No. It records what people report. It does not watch screens or measure activity automatically.
