What BuzPulse actually is
BuzPulse is a set of small business tools that share one free account. Most of them replace a task you would otherwise do in a spreadsheet, pay a subscription for, or hand to a website that wants your file uploaded before it will help.
They are deliberately separate tools rather than one large product. An invoice does not need a CRM attached to it, and someone who only wants to compress a photograph should not have to create an account to do it. Each tool below is usable on its own; the account exists to keep your work, not to unlock it.

Freelancers and consultants
Send a quotation, convert it to an invoice when it is accepted, and keep both as PDFs with your own numbering. No monthly fee for either.
Small shops and traders
Work out margin, markup and VAT before you quote a price, track what you spend by category, and see the month against the one before it.
Anyone handling documents
Edit text in a PDF, fill a form, sign it, merge or split pages, and shrink a file that is too large to email — all inside your browser.

How it works

Open the tool
Six tools work with no account at all — the invoice and quotation builders, QR codes, file compression, Zakat and PDF Tools. Open the page and start.
- Step 2
Do the work
Your file stays in your browser for anything document-shaped. PDFs and images are processed on your own machine, so nothing is uploaded to be merged, split or compressed.
- Step 3
Keep it, if you want to
A free account saves what you make — invoices, quotations, expenses, check-ins — so you can come back to it. Without an account the tools still work; nothing is stored.
Privacy, and what these tools will not do
Your files are not uploaded. PDF editing, signing, merging, splitting, image compression and QR generation all run in your browser. There is no copy of your document on a server to be leaked, because there is no copy at all.
Limits are real and stated. PDF and image work is capped by what a browser can hold in memory — very large files will struggle. The Zakat calculator gives a full breakdown rather than a single figure, but it is a calculator and not religious advice. Currency rates are indicative and should not be used to settle a payment.
No password is ever asked for. Where a tool connects to another service, it uses that service's own authorisation screen. BuzPulse never sees or stores a social media or bank password.
