Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 August 2026

This policy explains what BuzPulse collects, why it is collected, where it is kept, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers this website and the BuzPulse application.

BuzPulse is operated by Naeem Ahmed, as an individual, based in Pakistan. That is who you are dealing with and who is responsible for the data described here. Questions go to nsglobal6@gmail.com.

What we collect

  • Account data — your name, email address, and a password hash held by our authentication provider. Your password is never stored in a readable form and cannot be recovered by us, only reset by you.
  • Workspace content — the company, departments, teams and members you create, and what your team enters: check-ins, goals, customers, contacts, products, activities, follow-ups, invoices, quotations and expenses. This is your business information. We treat it as yours.
  • Payment records — for paid plans, the plan bought, the amount, your bank reference, and the payment slip you upload. A payment slip usually shows bank details, so it is stored in a private area that is not reachable by any web address and is opened only to check the payment against your account.
  • Subscription state — your plan, whether it is active, and the date monthly access starts and ends.
  • Technical data — ordinary server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, kept to keep the service running and to investigate abuse.

Where your data is kept

Application data is stored in a managed database hosted in Seoul, South Korea, and the application itself runs on a cloud server. If you are outside that country, your data is transferred there in order to provide the service. Traffic between your browser and our servers is encrypted.

How your data is kept separate from other customers

BuzPulse is multi-tenant: many businesses share one system. Every record belongs to exactly one company, and that boundary is enforced inside the database itself with row-level security, not merely by what the interface chooses to display. A request from one company for another company's records is refused by the database, which is the level at which it cannot be worked around by a modified request.

How we use it

  • To run the product and show you your own workspace.
  • To produce the reports, dashboards and documents you ask for.
  • To verify a payment and switch on the plan you paid for.
  • To contact you about your account, your payment, or a change to the service.
  • To investigate abuse, fraud, or a breach of the Terms.

Advertising on the free plan

The Free plan is supported by advertising. We use Google AdSense, which sets its own cookies and may use them, and your device identifiers, to show and measure adverts. Google acts as an independent party for that purpose and its use of the data is governed by its own policies.

  • Your workspace content is never used for advertising. The contents of your invoices, customers, check-ins and reports are not sent to any advertising network and are not used to select adverts.
  • Paid plans carry no advertising at all.
  • You can control or switch off personalised advertising at adssettings.google.com, and read how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

AI features

AI Insights are optional and only run when someone asks for them. When they do, a summary of the relevant workspace data is sent to Google Gemini to generate the response, which is then shown back to you. If no AI provider is configured the feature says it is unavailable rather than inventing an answer. We do not use your workspace content to train any AI model, and we do not send it to an AI provider for any purpose other than answering the request you made.

Who else processes your data

We keep this list short on purpose. Each of these does one job:

  • Supabase — database, authentication and file storage (Seoul, South Korea).
  • Oracle Cloud — the server the application runs on.
  • Google Gemini — AI Insights, only when requested.
  • Google AdSense — advertising, free plan only.
  • Gmail (SMTP) — delivering messages sent through the contact form.

We do not sell your data, we do not rent it, and we do not share your workspace content with anyone else.

How long we keep it

  • Workspace content is kept for as long as your account is open.
  • Payment records and slips are kept while your access lasts and afterwards only as long as needed to show that a payment was made and checked.
  • Server logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting.
  • When a company is deleted, its records are removed from the database by cascade. Ordinary backups may hold copies for a short time before they age out.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to nsglobal6@gmail.com from the address on the account and we will deal with it. Paid plans also include CSV export, so you can take your data out yourself at any time without asking anyone.

Security — and what it does not cover

What we do:

  • Passwords are hashed, never stored in readable form.
  • Traffic is encrypted in transit.
  • Company separation is enforced in the database, not just the interface.
  • Payment slips sit in private storage with no public address.
  • Administrative functions are refused by the database for non-administrator accounts.

What we cannot promise: no system connected to the internet is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. Keep your password to yourself, remove team members who leave, and keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. The export tools are there for exactly that.

Children

BuzPulse is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects you, tell account owners by email. Continuing to use BuzPulse after a change means you accept the updated policy.
