What it does, how to use it, and where it stops.
The assistant helps with the writing around a business rather than the business itself — the reply you have rewritten four times, the description that needs to sound like a product, the long thread you need summarised before a meeting.
Asking well
The difference between a useless answer and a usable one is almost always the request. "Write a customer email" produces something generic. "Write a short, apologetic email to a customer whose delivery is four days late, offering a partial refund, in plain English" produces something you can nearly send.
Give it the role, the audience, the tone, the length and the outcome you want. If the first attempt is close but wrong in one respect, say which respect — refining beats starting again.
What it is good at
Rewriting something you have already written is where it is strongest, because your draft carries the facts and it only has to fix the expression. Summarising a long message, drafting an outline before you write properly, and producing several options to react to are all reliable uses.
There are ready-made tasks for the common jobs — replies, follow-ups, product descriptions, meeting notes — and it works in English and Arabic.
Checking what it produces
A language model predicts plausible text. Plausible and true overlap most of the time, which is exactly what makes the gaps dangerous: a confidently wrong figure, date or name looks the same as a correct one.
So verify anything factual before it leaves your hands — numbers, names, dates, prices, legal or medical claims. Treat the output as a competent first draft from someone who has not checked their sources.

Difficult customer replies
Paste the complaint and describe the outcome you want. Getting the tone right on an angry email is the task it saves the most time on.
Product descriptions
Give it the specifications and who is buying. Ask for three versions of different lengths and pick from them.
Meeting notes
Paste rough notes and ask for a summary with decisions and actions separated.
Getting unstuck
Ask for ten options when you cannot think of one. Most will be poor; you only need one to react to.
Tips
- • Give it your draft rather than a blank brief. Editing your words beats inventing new ones.
- • Ask for a specific length. "Short" is interpreted generously; "under 80 words" is not.
- • If two attempts are both wrong, the request is the problem, not the model. Add the missing constraint.

What can it actually help with?

Can it see my invoices, customers or team?
No. The assistant has no access to anything in your BuzPulse account. It only sees what you type into it, which means you decide exactly what it knows. If you want it to work with figures from an invoice, paste them in.
Are my conversations stored?
Not by BuzPulse. Your chat history is kept in your own browser, on the device you used, and never reaches our database — so it will not follow you to another computer, and clearing your browser data clears it. Your messages are sent to the AI provider only for as long as it takes to answer them.
How much can I use on the free plan?
A free account gets a fair-use allowance of AI requests each day, shared with the other BuzPulse tools, which resets at midnight UTC. It is there to stop one account exhausting a shared resource, not to push you towards a paid plan. Paid plans lift the ceiling. Nothing here is unlimited on the free plan, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
Is what it writes ready to send?
Treat it as a first draft by a capable assistant who does not know your business. It is good at structure, tone and getting you past a blank page. It can still be wrong. Check every name, number, date and promise before anything goes to a customer — and anything legal, financial or contractual should be reviewed by someone qualified.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. Write to it in Arabic and it answers in Arabic, and the whole interface mirrors to right-to-left when your workspace language is Arabic. It will also translate business text between Arabic and English while keeping the professional register.
How do I write a good prompt?

Should I verify what it produces?
Yes, for anything factual — numbers, names, dates, prices, legal or medical claims. It can be wrong with complete confidence, which is exactly what makes unchecked output risky.
What should I not share with it?
Passwords, card numbers, ID numbers and other people's personal data. It only knows what you type, so what you leave out stays private.
Can it see my BuzPulse data?
No. It has no access to your invoices, customers or team. If you want it to work with a figure from an invoice, paste that figure in.
