How it works

  • Documents are read locally. PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CSV and text files are parsed entirely in your browser — nothing is uploaded and no AI allowance is spent.
  • Screenshots use AI vision. Images and scanned PDFs are sent to BuzPulse's AI provider to read text, decode QR/barcodes, and rebuild tables. The image is discarded after processing.
  • Tables become rows. Spreadsheets, Word tables, CSV data and tables in images come back as proper rows and columns you can paste into a spreadsheet.
  • Error screenshots explained. Software, browser or mobile error messages are read and explained in plain language with things to try.
  • Nothing invented. A value that is not legible is left out rather than guessed.

Worth knowing

  • Documents never leave your device. PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CSV and text files are parsed on your own machine. There is no copy on a server to be leaked.
  • Images are processed by AI. Screenshots and scanned PDF pages are sent to the vision model. The image is discarded after the response — nothing is stored.
  • Free accounts get 20 AI extractions per day. Document extraction is unlimited. Image extraction uses the shared AI allowance.
  • Scanned PDFs read one page. A scanned PDF has no text layer, so the first page is rendered as an image and read by AI. A fifty-page scan is not returned in full.
  • Handwriting is not reliable. The tool is built for printed and on-screen text.
