Paid plans include the premium invoicing suite — unlimited invoices, saved customers, quotations and quotation-to-invoice, return notes, Statements of Account and the audit report — and lift the 5-member cap, the 10-actions-per-day fair-use limit and the advertising. Unlimited is 79 a month, or 664 for a year.

Yes, with no time limit and no card. Free includes Team Pulse for up to 5 organisation members, the PDF tools, QR codes, calculators, file compression and the other free utilities (fair-use limit of 10 actions per day per app), and 2 invoices a day per company, printable and downloadable as PDF. The premium invoicing suite can be tried free for 14 days.

By bank transfer. There is no card payment and no online checkout: you choose a period, pay, upload the slip on the Billing page, and we approve it — access then runs to a stated end date and stops. Nothing renews by itself and no card is stored. A month is 79; a year is 664.

Yes. Every team member signs in as themselves, and what they can see depends on their role, company, department and team.

Yes. Every record is scoped to your company and enforced by row-level security in the database, not just by what the interface shows.

Yes — you choose again each time you buy a period, so you can move up, move down, or simply stop. There is nothing to cancel, because nothing is scheduled. If we change a price it applies to your next purchase, never to a period you have already paid for.
