About BuzPulse
BuzPulse is a set of online business tools that share one account. Instead of paying for a separate invoicing app, a separate quotation tool and a separate set of calculators, you sign in once and use whichever of them you need.
What you can do here
- Run the day-to-day — issue invoices and quotations, track expenses, and keep customers, contacts and follow-ups in one place.
- Work out the numbers — profit margin, markup, VAT, discounts, break-even and commission, plus zakat and live currency conversion.
- Handle documents — convert, merge, split, compress, sign and edit PDFs, compress files, and pull text out of a picture or a scan.
- Keep a team in step — daily check-ins, goals and reports for small teams, under Team Pulse.

Who it is for
Small businesses, freelancers and small teams who need these jobs done without a procurement process. Most of the document and calculator tools need no account at all — they run in your own browser, and the file you open never leaves your device. The parts that keep records for you — invoices, customers, check-ins — need an account, because they have to remember something between visits.
How it is paid for
The Free plan is genuinely free and covers the whole product for a team of up to five. It is supported by advertising, which is how the tools stay free to use. Paid plans remove the member cap and the daily usage limit and carry no advertising at all. What each plan includes is set out on the pricing page, and what advertising means for your data is set out in the privacy policy.
Who runs it
BuzPulse is operated by Naeem Ahmed, as an individual, based in Pakistan. That is who you are contracting with and who is responsible for the data the service holds. Customer data is stored in Seoul, South Korea. The full terms are in the terms of service.
